We’re different in two primary ways:

  1. We only represent buyers.
  2. The typical buyer-side commission is 2.5% of the purchase price. We give half of our commission to you the buyer.  

If there is a property that you’re interested in but no open house scheduled, just say the word and we’ll schedule a showing on your behalf.

Owndom agents are California DRE licensed real estate agents and members of NAR (National Association of Realtors) and CAR (California Association of Realtors).

If you’re already working with an agent at a different agency, we regret that we cannot provide you with our services.

The rebate must be applied to the transaction.  You can use it to pay lender fees, buy down your interest rate or increase your equity as long as you’re meeting the lender’s minimum down-payment requirement before the rebate is taken into account.

As long as the property is listed with an agent and advertised on the MLS, it’s fair game.

Because you hate the thought of getting thousands in cash-back?  Seriously though, we cannot think of a single reason.

  • You must be pre-qualified by a mortgage lender. We are happy to provide a referral if needed. 
  • A signed buyer’s agreement is required before we can begin scheduling showings.
